Anthony Hughes – CEO
Experienced CEO/Director & senior project manager with successful track record in developing and leading multi-agency stakeholder partnerships and creative sector networks for culture, heritage, arts, employment, skills, enterprise and public engagement strategy. Development programmes with impactful legacy underpinned by sector specialism and commercial business experience.
Bid writing professional with over 25 years experience leading grantfunding award, assessment and management. Director level experience in Local Authority, Gov, EU funded project delivery, ACE, Lottery, Trusts and Charitable sectors.
Senior lead for Creative Industry, Economic Development, Culture, Tourist, Creative Industries economic strategy leading international partnerships for UK Creative Industries, Museums, Galleries, Archives and Collections.
Profile – Background
With over 30 years experience across cultural heritage, arts, creative industries, innovation and academic roles, I have a wealth of knowledge that builds key stakeholder partnerships, strategy and commercial accumen.
Leading strategic development of Collections, Exhibitions and Archives, leading national and international creative industry and cultural programmes and research with a wide ranging professional experience, I have developed a range of creative programmes, working with cross sector partnerships between public and private sector towards impactful innovative driven work that buids communities, reflects diverse participatory practice and empowers individuals.

Paul has a wide range of experience in the music industry, live event staging, leading higher education degree and masters programmes and working in cross sector partnerships.
